Legal Advisor Non-Litigated Bike
West Yorkshire
I am working with a well-established and leading Personal Injury firm who are looking for a legal advisor to join their non litigated bike department.
The firm offers bonuses based on your individual performance of up to 20% as well as health care cash plan which covers health and wellbeing costs. They also hold a quarterly draw with the opportunity to win some lucrative prizes.
The Firm are looking for someone who has experience in managing their own non-litigated RTA claims, you will be responsible for negotiating with third parties to ensure the best settlement figures are reached for clients, a mixed case load of portal and non-portal cases, from CNF response to settlement, stage 3 hearing or litigation.
You will have previous experience of managing your own caseload of litigated personal injury car or motorcycle claims with a good understanding of the CPR and part 8 processed.
Salary is competitive based on experience with great benefits.
