Due to expansion a highly motivated, business minded Commercial Litigation Solicitor or CILEx is wanted for a challenging and rewarding opportunity with an ambitious Teesside based law firm. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor or CILEx will be joining a busy department, acting on a variety of litigated matters for a blue chip, regional SME and large business client base. Day to day duties will include the management of pre and post litigated aspects of a caseload that could include Corporate and Partnership disputes, Breach of Contract, Professional Negligence, Real Estate Litigation, Debt Recovery and Contentious Probate.
