Residential Conveyancer
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a respected leading Legal 500 and multi-office law firm who have a proven track record as a forward thinking and energetic firm, offering high levels of specialist advice.
Due to continued growth within their residential conveyancing team and having gone from strength to strength, the team has built up a very busy caseload and you will be given every opportunity to make your mark and become an integral member of the team.
Responsibilities:
- As the Residential Conveyancer, you will undertake a varied caseload which will include:
- Property sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Shared ownership
- Leasehold and freehold
- Right to Buy
- New-build (plot) sales and purchases
Requirements:
- You will ideally have 3+ years PQE but all applications are welcome from all levels of qualification
- You must be able to manage your own mixed caseload and be self-motivated to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- First class eye for detail and be organised
