As a result of increasing workload at this leading full service law firm, a role has arisen for an industrial disease solicitor to join the team in their Newport office.

The role will involve handling your own litigated caseload of NIHL files as well as assisting the Partner on other high value cases such as asbestosis / mesothelioma matters.

Strong NQs will be considered, but they should be able to demonstrate proven litigated industrial disease experience.

This is a great opportunity for a junior industrial disease solicitor to handle a caseload of litigated industrial disease matters. It is essential that you have experience in industrial disease dealing, ideally including litigated work, along with excellent client facing skills.
