Adultcare Paralegal

LAW Absolute is recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for Paralegals to join an exciting and innovative local authority in Bedfordshire.

Our client has offices in two locations, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire and they are seeking candidates who are calm, able to work well under pressure and open to working in either location.

The successful candidate would be expected to carry out the following duties:

• Assisting Lawyers in the provision of a professional legal service to a range of public sector and not-for-profit clients regarding adult social care functions
• Supporting Lawyers as a point of contract on a variety of cases
• Managing a case load comprising adult social care matters
• Supporting Lawyers in preparation of cases in courts and tribunals

The ideal candidate must have some experience within Adult Social Care and assisting Adult Social Care Lawyers with their caseload.
