A highly rated Legal 500 listed commercial practice is now implementing the next phase of its expansion and so is eager to make a key, senior appointment in its Family Team with the hire of an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to be based at the firms' office in South Staffordshire.
The practice is renowned as a very strong player and it has recently doubled the number of its offices in addition to increasing headcount across the firm generally. Now the focus is very much on strengthening the firms' already well-established Family Team with the appointment of a family practitioner at Senior Associate level.
The Family Team is proud of its deserved reputation as being one of the "go to" teams in the area in relation to all aspects of family law. The team is headed by a partner who has in excess of 20 years' experience in the sector and who is supported to by two experienced lawyers who themselves have very solid reputations. The objective now is to bring on board an experienced Solicitor or a Legal Executive with anything from 8 years' PQE upwards who is able service the notable influx of new instructions that the team is currently receiving.
You will handle a varied and challenging caseload of both family and childrens' law cases which will all be privately funded and so you will need to be well versed in dealing with divorce, civil partnership dissolution, financial settlements, cohabitation agreements, domestic abuse and arrangements for children. In addition, you will be a strong communicator with good organisation skills and exceptional client care skills and you will also be able to work autonomously whilst enjoying the benefit of extensive administrative support.
