Residential Conveyancer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established East Midlands multi-site law firm as an experienced residential conveyancer at their head office in Loughborough. 
 
Working closely with the Head of Conveyancing and the wider property team in their other offices, as an experienced conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer, you will pick up on an active caseload in which you can hit the ground running with.
 
The Residential Conveyancer will have a broad caseload of property matters from sales, purchases and remortgages of leasehold and freehold properties, as well as new build and help-to-buy. You will be fully supported by a dedicated paralegal who will assist you to progress files, and also have access to a shared pool of secretaries. 
 
In order to be considered, you must have at least 2 years' PQE handling a full range of conveyancing matters from start to finish, as well as first class client care. This role requires candidates to be qualified, so qualified legal executives, solicitors or licensed conveyancers will be considered. 
 
The firm can offer flexible hours/part-time hours, as well as the opportunity to work from homes at times.
