Commercial Property/Employment Legal Secretary - Nottingham

I am currently working with one of the leading solicitors firms in the East-midlands, who are looking to recruit an experienced, hard-working and professional Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property department.

Previous experience within either Commercial Property is essential, as candidates will be expected to hit the ground running.

Supported by a small friendly team, the main functions of the role are as follows:

Key Tasks

Liaising with Clients and other parties
Preparing SDLT forms
Dealing with the Land Registry registration process
Typing correspondence
Diary Management
Audio typing & word processing through Digital Dictation
Administrative duties including inputting information and collecting marketing data
Filing
Photocopying
Assisting other members of the department as required
Taking telephone enquiries and setting up new client files
Assisting solicitors in the Commercial Property and Employment team
Creating bundles
Presentation of correspondence and documents
