We are recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a Gloucester Conveyancing practice full time
Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or executive to join them in January 2020 in their highly accredited department. You will be exposed to a varied caseload handling matters from inception through to completion with full support.
As a fee earner within the residential property team, you will be responsible for a caseload consisting of:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Leasehold flats
* Remortgage and transfers of equity
* New builds
* Auction sales and purchases
* Right to buy
* Buy to let
