Due to substantial growth, this company are looking to form a new Commercial Lawyer position to accommodate their increased Commercial matters.

The Role

This is a standout opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer with telecoms experience to work within this innovative company in their London office.

The role will be to primarily assist both the group and local legal teams with the drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts with telecom operators and suppliers, advising the organisations stakeholders on a variety of legal commercial matters.

You will be assisting the legal team with queries relating to commercial contracts, negotiating, reviewing and drafting various contractual documents, monitoring compliance of commercial contracts, providing rapid, practical, business oriented legal advice and more.

This role will be largely working within emerging markets and liaising with local legal teams.

The Requirements

• A UK qualified solicitor with over 4 years PQE experience in a law firm or in-house
• Experience in emerging markets is highly desired
• Experience in Telecommunications is highly desired plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• French and/or Arabic language skills would be of added benefit but not essential
