The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate into their Essex team

You will be working within one of the regions strongest Commercial Property teams and will play a pivotal role working on a varied caseload meanwhile supporting the Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success.

They are looking for a motivated Associate or Senior Associate keen to progress into a team leader role where you will manage your own caseload including: landlord and tenant work, leases, investment work, corporate support with a focus on large scale developments

This firm attract a high-end client base which includes investors, developers, high net worth individuals and Property companies from Essex and beyond, so you must be confident in speaking with clients and ambitious to develop business.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate with 4 PQE +
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
