Head of Commercial Contracts

Head of Commercial Contracts at values based organisation - 4 or 5 days per week, flexible working

My client is seeking a Head of Commercial Contracts (5+ PQE) to join its legal team. The successful individual will take primary responsibility for the contracts drafted and negotiated on behalf of the organisation including supply and distribution agreements, software, consultancy and service agreements, also NDAs. Some agreements will have a construction slant but experience of this can be gained in post.

As the key commercial contracts lawyer, you will enjoy a high level of engagement with external agencies and partners, colleagues, the Board and other senior stakeholders. You will be a confident and effective communicator and will enjoy working in a truly collegiate and collaborative environment.

Salary is dependent on experience and benefits include a generous holiday entitlement (ability to purchase additional days), pension and life assurance and parking. The organisation is known for its enlightened approach to flexible working.
