Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Our client is a forward thinking, innovative Legal 500 firm looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their team.
An experienced and highly efficient conveyancer is sought to handle residential matters from initial instruction through to exchange, all the while responsible for client contact and file efficiency.In a team of other conveyancers, the successful applicant will inherit a varied case-load and be expected to fall into a senior role and offer guidance and support to others as part of the role, whilst looking to develop their own skills.A personable approach is essential as the role will include some business development in and around the local area.The candidate will join a busy team with a varied workload and will ideally have worked in a similar role for a minimum of 5+ years.Salary is market leading and offer based on level of expertise. The firm offers a performance-based bonus, free parking, pension and host of other benefits.Those with a good level of residential conveyancing experience are encouraged to apply.
