A Fraud or RTA Paralegal is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 200 Defendant law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

My client is a leading, national Insurance practice with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their award winning Counter Fraud department.

You will work on a mix of pre and post litigated motor and EL / PL suspected fraudulent claims. Duties will include drafting documents, preparing instructions, following up correspondence and investigations and reviewing evidence.

Applications are invited from candidates with experience of Insurance Fraud or Personal Injury matters whether as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Fee Earner.
