A fantastic, in house opportunity has arisen for an International Commercial Contracts Manager in Bedford. The successful applicant will evaluate, develop, negotiate and maintain commercial, international, and domestic contracts. A deep understanding of automotive and general automation industrial markets will be essential for this role.

• Negotiating commercial transactions
• Producing contractual agreements
• Negotiating with foreign governments, multi-national companies, distributors, and business partners
• Third party agreements
• Intellectual property rights
• NEC engineering and construction contracts
• Orgalime, MF/1, JCT and other similar contracts
• Researching subject matters
• Provide strategy on the implications of business and regulatory issues
• Maintain compliance

The Candidate
• Solicitors with a minimum of five years’ PQE
• Technical proficiency in contract law is essential
• Possesses strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
