An outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor within a top tier, Legal 500 firm has arisen in Manchester.
Our client has a strong reputation as one of the leading Commercial Litigation practices in the UK. They pride themselves on their high quality advice and are in the position to offer you a clear track for progression in their Manchester office. When you join the firm as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will represent a number of multinational corporations, financial institutions and high-profile individuals. You can expect to cover a range of Commercial Litigation matters, from corporate transaction disputes concerning warranties to indemnities and completion accounts.
The team are searching for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who can demonstrate that they have the core skills required to work on any type of commercial litigation case. This opportunity will suit someone who has:
* The ability to support cases across a broad range of commercial litigation issues.
* Proven ability to negotiate and manage both clients and cases.
* Clear knowledge of the key areas of law and the ability to deliver high-quality advice.
* A desire to flourish in a busy, team-based environment.
In addition to this, the Commercial Litigation Solicitor should ideally have:
* At least 6 months experience of Commercial Litigation gained in a similar environment at an appropriate level.
* Understanding of the inner workings of a top tier law firm.
* The ability to achieve, improve and develop.
