1 x Full Time Equivalent posts – permanent (Employment Solicitor) based in Ripley, Derbyshire. Salary £42,759 - £53,538

We are a collaboration providing a high quality and professional legal service to the five police forces. We are seeking to recruit solicitors or barristers with experience or a desire to work in the following areas:-

Employment: The Employment Solicitor will conduct litigation cases on behalf of police forces in the East Midlands in respect of claims to the Employment Tribunal. They will advise senior HR officials and senior Police Officers in relation to the full range of employment issues which may arise in relation to police officer and police staff members; Managing a diverse caseload of advice and litigation in relation to employment law and associated issues applicable to an in-house legal team.
