Expanding Clinical negligence department of smaller national firm are looking for a senior solicitor to join them to work on a number of CP cases that they have just acquired. They already have a number of senior solicitors working on high profile and high value cases, but the volume of the cases has meant that they need to recruit at a senior level in order to undertake the best job possible.
