Commercial Litigation Solicitor

One of the best-known North Yorkshire law firms is looking to recruit a dispute resolution solicitor to undertake a mixed caseload of commercial and civil disputes. This is an ambitious firm that is attracting a lot of new litigation work. Working closely with the Head of Department will ensure excellent training, support and career advancement.

The role is within the firm's reputed dispute resolution department and will involve handling your own caseload as well as giving support to senior fee earners.

The Role:

In this civil and commercial litigation role, you will get your teeth into some high-quality work including:

• Contractual and shareholder disputes
• professional negligence
• debt recovery
• Landlord and tenant
• Property damage matters

The Requirements:

• Up to 5 years PQE
• Broad litigation experience
• Willingness to get involved in business development
• Looking for career progression opportunities
