Conveyancing Locums - urgently required! £35 - £45ph
Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive
Cambridge, Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex
Are you a locum seeking your next assignment? Or an experienced fee earner looking to become a locum?
Many of our clients, who are established and well-respected law firms, are seeking experienced conveyancing locums to join their teams to cover holidays, maternity leave or sickness. The locums are in high demand throughout the year and we are keen to hear from you if you are considering a new challenge!
Locum work has many benefits which include flexibility in that you can choose which assignments you take on, full or part time and the hourly rates are generous and remain competitive. There will always be an assignment that works for you.
As the Residential Conveyancer Locum, you will have experience acting on all types of residential property transactions from initial instructions to post completion, which will include:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- Remortgages
- Shared ownership
- Right to Buy
- New build
