Nationally recognised law firm rated in the Legal 100 continues to grow is seeking to recruit a Senior Residential Property Solicitor or Associate to take on a Senior position within their Residential Property team.

The role will encompass a variety of Residential Property law including; Sales purchases, freehold and leasehold, re mortgages, lease extension, new builds, transfers of equity etc

There will also be a reasonable amount of marketing by the post holder and therefore you need to be willing to attend events, give talks and run workshops, write articles, meet potential clients at their premises as well as existing clients,

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years PQE demonstrable experience within a well-regarded City or regional practice and ideally team management experience although not essential.
