THE ROLE
Set within the firm's Commercial team, this is a new role for an associate.
The team is split into two areas -IP/IT/Data Protection and broader commercial contracts work.
This role would be working more on the IP/IT and Data Protection side where the work will include cyber security and confidentiality issues.
The successful candidate should also be comfortable providing corporate support.
Within commercial law, the team has particular expertise in the exploitation and protection of all types of technology, data and intellectual property.
You may also become involved in technology implementations, outsourcing and software development, acting for clients in the IT vending sector and for buyers in the financial services, leisure, manufacturing and retail sectors.
ABOUT YOU
An associate with 2-3pqe, you will have trained with one of the top City or equivalent firms and have a broad range of commercial experience.
This role will offer the right candidate autonomy and the opportunity to work within a very personable and social group.
