Experienced Property Development Solicitor sought for a well-established firm in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Property Development Solicitor to join a fast-growing development team in a Lexcel accredited practice in London. With experience in residential conveyancing and plot sales, the successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running, managing a complex property development caseload.

• Land acquisition and sale
• Strategic site assembly
• Options and promotion agreements
• Planning agreements
• Construction advice
• Plot sales process
• Affordable housing
• Freehold reversion sales

The Candidate
• Solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE
• Experience in setting up development and administering plot sales is essential
• Exceptional client care and communication skills are required
• Attention to detail will be a key attribute
• IT proficiency is important

Our client is a Lexcel accredited, multi-office practice well-placed to serve clients in the City and across the South East. With specialist lawyers and dedicated support staff, they endeavour to meet clients’ legal needs in a friendly and professional manner.
