This Manchester law firm has an excellent housing litigation practice acting for Registered Providers of Social Housing.

Your new role

This housing litigation role will see you handle an interesting mix of housing litigation work. This will include injunctions and possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour matters, disrepair matters and service charge issues. You will also advise on the Equality Act and on Human Rights matters.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a housing litigation solicitor with 2+ years' pqe. You will have good client care skills and be someone who is able to take on their own caseload of housing litigation matters.
