Job Details
Commercial Property Solicitor - 1 yr PQE +
West Yorkshire
I am working with a multi-service Commercial firm in Huddersfield who are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their small and friendly team.
The firm is regional and have an excellent history and reputation in the region. They have a small Commercial Property team headed by an approachable Partner who comes from a large international practice and has excellent experience dealing with a wide range of real estate matters.
This role would be perfect for a Solicitor around 1 year PQE who is looking to work at a practice where you can get involved in good quality work from the outset under the supervision of an experienced head of department where there is scope and opportunity for progression in a genuinely pleasant environment to work in.
The caseload is a mixed Commercial Property caseload where you will be dealing with landlord and tenant work, buying and selling property, real estate finance work and corporate support.
The client base is varied acting for small local and regional businesses to large national and international PLC's and Government Departments.
If you are looking for a role in an environment with no politics, a smaller team, with flexibility and still maintain good quality work then this would be the ideal role.
Salary is competitive + benefits.
If you would like to hear more about this role please contact Graham Rawlinson at QED Legal for a confidential chat.

An acronym of the latin phrase quod erat demonstrandum which translates as "thus it is demonstrated" or "that which was to be demonstrated". It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
