Contentious Probate Private Client Lawyer

Highly successful, regional firm has a new opening in its Contentious Probate Team.

The nature of this role requires a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, who has not less than 2 years’ PQE.

We would be delighted to hear from specialist contentious probate and trust dispute lawyers, or more general litigators, who have covered such cases and keen to specialise further.

This friendly and talented team works closely with both private client and dispute resolution colleagues on a day to day basis as well as covering networking and business development initiatives.

You can expect a varied and interesting caseload including contested wills, probate disputes, IHA claims, trust disputes, paternity and dependency issues, removal of trustees, promissory estoppel and other chancery based actions.
