I am working with a Partner at a well respected Top 200 practice in Leeds who are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their solid, and highly regarded Commercial Property team.

The team spans several offices across West Yorkshire with 4 Partners in Leeds and 4 Solicitors + support staff.

They are looking to add to the team with a Commercial Property Solicitor with around 2-4 years post qualification experience.

This is a great opportunity for those perhaps at a large national or international practice who are looking to join a more flexible practice without compromising on the quality and variety of work, or those talented Commercial Property Solicitors at a small firm looking to take the next step in joining a more commercial practice but where there isn't a culture of presenteeism.

The work really is a mix of Commercial Property matters dealing with Landlord and Tenant, Acquisitions and Disposals, Development work, across multiple sectors including retail, healthcare, renewables, hospitality etc. The client base is varied with national and international FTSE listed businesses to owner managed businesses, and everything in between.

What separates the firm is a genuine approach to flexibility - the Partner I am working with trained at a Magic Circle practice and worked at a large Top 20 International Practice but believes in an environment where there is real flexibility for staff - for eg Dentist and Doctors appointments don't require you to book a half day off, a member of his team works a day from home most weeks, there isn't a need to be in the office between your core working hours unless there is a client need.
