Job Details
My client is looking to expand the current Real Estate Team by hiring a junior to mid-level commercial property solicitor or legal executive for the Leicester office. The firm is a leading commercial law firm with multiple sites and a long-standing presence in the East Midlands legal market.
The firm has a good mix of local and national clients ranging from SME’s, PLC’s, commercial lenders, pension schemes and developers. The successful candidate will join a busy time with a healthy caseload to hit the ground running with. Typical matters will include but are not limited to sale and purchases of commercial premises and commercial landlord and/or tenant transactions.
The firm is recognised for hiring and developing talent. You will be fully supported by senior lawyers and the management team to progress your career within the firm. You can expect to join a professional and collegiate environment.
