Commercial Senior Solicitor/Partner

TSR Legal are currently assisting a regional heavy weight with a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Solicitor/Partner to join this multi office law firm based in Southampton.

Our client is seeking to recruit either a Senior Solicitor looking for Partnership or Partner currently to join the very busy and well regarded Commercial team within the Commercial Services practice group.

The role will involve a broad range of commercial work including licensing agreements, NDA's, IP protection, IT contracts and outsourcing as well commercial trading contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a larger Commercial department and must be able to show experience of leading and growing a department previously. The nature of this role will ideally suit a candidate with a confident personality who is comfortable with direct client contact. Our client is requiring a candidate with at least 8 years post qualification experience with management responsibilities currently, strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and the ability to network and develop clients.
