Grade A Clinical Negligence Solicitor - London - Top Tier Claimant Law firm.

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available at a leading law firm that is continually recommended in the Legal 500 and the Chambers & Partners for the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury work that they undertake.

My client is seeking a Grade A, Clinical Negligence Solicitor with at least 7 years experience and PQE in Clinical Negligence work. Your role will involve dealing with your own case-load of litigated clinical negligence claims that have arisen as a result of substandard care in various different medical settings. The work is highly complexed and varied, you will be dealing with birthing injury claims, spinal, surgical and fatal claims.

To progress to interview stages you must have proven experience in dealing with your own case-load of litigated Clinical Negligence claims and be able to demonstrate that you are able to operate independently with integrity and intuition.

This role is best suited for an enthusiastic, committed Clinical Negligence Solicitor that will thrive within a busy, professional environment.
