Solicitor - Tax - (NQ+) - Reading

Highly regarded law firm with offices nation wide is seeking to expand their Tax Team.

The tax team is lead by several highly experienced partners based across the Midlands and the South. They deal with a broad range of UK wide matters covering corporate, venture capital, real estate and employee incentive schemes.

The team provide tax advice on a whole host of corporate transnational work or playing a key role with venture capital schemes advising investors and structuring schemes to ensure regulation and compliance within HMRC.

The firm has a substantial corporate team and real estate team that you will provide support on a broad range of complex matters dealing with employee schemes and working closely with a range of high profile clients.

Ideally, you will be a NQ or qualified Solicitor with excellent academics coupled with experience of working within City or Regional firm and a keen interest in developing a career within this specialism.

Individuals are provided with all the support to excel and develop themselves as far as their ambitions will take them.
