Associate/Senior Associate Real Estate

A UK Top 100 legal practice is seeking to appoint an Associate/Senior Associate to support the Head of Department in leading the Real Estate division in Bath. This is a specialist role, where you will be managing a caseload of commercial real estate matters, with cases involving the healthcare sector. Tasked with driving the business development initiatives of the department, you will be responsible for growing the internal and external networks of clients, whilst coaching and mentoring more junior level members of the team.

Applications are encouraged from Associate and Senior Associate level Solicitors with strong client management skills, supervisory experience, and previous experience of dealing with real estate matters within the healthcare sector.
