Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Swansea
My client seeks to recruit a full-time Conveyancing Solicitor for their Swansea office.
You will be handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion including attending client meetings, drafting documents and correspondence etc.
It is essential that applicants will have experience in dealing with full range of conveyancing matters to include sales, purchase, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgage etc.
You must have previous residential conveyancing fee earning experience within a busy practice, be IT literate and have excellent client care skills. You must also be highly organised, a team player and have excellent communication skills.
Applications will be considered from Qualified Solicitors and experienced Legal Executives/ Licensed Conveyancers.
