Childcare Solicitor + Outside IR35
Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Childcare Lawyer for a Local Authority based in the West Midlands. This role will fall outside IR35 and can offer lots of flexibility with homeworking.
The successful Childcare Lawyer will be required to take on a workload consisting of:
- Handle a caseload of care proceedings
- Conduct advocacy as required
- Safeguarding matters
- Child Protection Orders
- Special Guardianship
- Fostering Legislation
- Adoption Law
This is a full-time role to begin immediately for an initial period of 3 months, although the position is likely to continue to 6 months and beyond.
Our client has confirmed that this Childcare Lawyer position will be outside IR35 and can offer 2-3 days of homeworking each week for the right candidate.
