Job Details
You will be running your own complex claimant clinical negligence files, as well as working as part of a team on some of the highest value, most complex claims in the UK. The department's work encompasses all types of claims ranging including cerebral palsy, delayed and misdiagnosis, surgical errors and hospital acquired infections.
The role would suit a mid to senior-level clinical negligence solicitor, probably at least 5 years' qualified, with experience gained at a leading clinical negligence team.
