Job Details
As the Family Solicitor, your role will be to manage your own privately funded family caseload including divorce, finances, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and private children matters. The team is split across several offices, so you will be expected to attend client meetings in all of their offices, therefore, a car driver is essential.
You must be an experienced family solicitor or legal executive (NQ-3 years' PQE) in handling your own files (PQE/experience level is flexible and the firm encourage all family solicitors with relevant experience to apply). You will be client focused and have excellent communication skills.
On offer is a competitive salary (negotiable depending on level of experience) plus a benefits package. In addition, relocation costs will be covered for those looking to relocate to the Lake District.
