An exciting opportunity has just become available for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join a friendly and progressive law firm in Nantwich on a part-time basis.
Our client is a mulit-locational and progressive law firm with an office based in Nantwich. The firm are highly regarded and boast an enviable reputation for their work. They have gained accreditation from prestigious legal organisations such as the Law Society and have been recognised by the Legal 500.
This role would be ideal for an experienced commercial property solicitor who is looking for a better work-life balance whilst still maintaining an exciting, complex case load. There is genuine flexibility with this role. You could work either 3 or 4 days a week and there is even the possibility of rotating those days weekly.
Summary:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:
- Run a manageable caseload of high-quality, interesting matters consisting of all aspects of landlord and tenant, site acquisitions and the sales and purchases of properties for a range of businesses locally and further afield
- Support the team where necessary but there aren't any expectations for you to assume management responsibilities
- Become part of a welcoming team of legal professionals and work in an idyllic location in Cheshire
- Receive a competitive salary plus benefits
The successful candidate should have 6 or more years PQE in commercial property. However, applications who fall outside of that are encouraged to apply if they feel they have the requisite experience.
