Private Client Legal Secretary - Milton Keynes
Are you an experienced private client secretary? Our Client are leading Law firm in Milton Keynes and have an opportunity for a private client secretary who has strong client care skills, a professional telephone manner, a confident communicator with excellent audio typing skills who is familiar with digital dictation.
The role will consist of opening files and dealing with all anti-money laundering procedures, completion of dictation, preparing documentation, answering incoming calls and emails and closing files. The successful candidate should also be prepared to develop skills to assist in the document authentication department to allow for holiday cover.
Our Clients private client team specialise in all areas of private client work. Everyone in the department works very closely together and with other departments and the successful candidate must be a team player.
