Role: In-house Corporate/Commercial Solicitor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000-£45,000
If you are a junior solicitor who is eager to move in-house, we have a unique opportunity for you in Birmingham, conveniently placed near transport links and the motorway.
We are working alongside a leading international brand to recruit a lawyer with around 2 years' experience to join their well-established legal team. This role would suit either a member of Cilex or a qualified solicitor who has previous experience in corporate, commercial, contracts or employment law, but would now like to further develop their general commercial skill set in an in-house environment.
The legal team have been there for years, meaning that this is a brilliant chance for someone to learn and develop alongside experts. As a commercial solicitor, you will work with the team to advise the managing partners on business decisions surrounding risk, commercial contracts, corporate transactions and other legal issues.
