Job Details
You will be tasked with handling a full caseload of family matters individually and without supervision including divorce, financial settlements, separation, pre-nuptials and post-nuptials agreements, cohabitation, domestic violence and protection, separation agreements, spousal maintenance and private children matters.
To be considered for this private family solicitor role, you will be:
- 2-5+ years' PQE
- Leadership qualities and strong business development skills
- Particularly experienced in handling private family cases such as divorce, private children matters, financial remedies, etc.
- Capable of marketing yourself and generating new business
- Able to work within a team.
