A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Planning Solicitor to join a successful and busy practice based in Leeds city centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor who is looking to handle a high calibre caseload.
Our client is a well-established, top 45 law firm with a strong reputation in the Leeds market and an enviable client base in the region. The Planning team has been going from strength to strength, handling a large variety of high-quality work for both private and public sector clients with exciting projects in the pipeline.
Working collaboratively with other members of the Planning team and wider firm you will handle a broad ranging caseload including planning appeals, environmental issues, planning objections, enforcement issues, drafting complex section 106 agreements for large residential developments and advising in relation to DCO applications.
The firm is committed to further growth and so the ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to growing client relationships and business development, helping deliver further growth for the planning practice both nationally and locally.
Our client envisages the successful candidate to be 3+ PQE however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience.
