An international full-service firm, with a long-established history specialising in UK corporate and commercial, immigration, private client and real estate. The firm provides a high-quality service which is displayed through their robust international connections, as they have offices situated over the world. They are now looking for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their Real Estate team.


Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting the fee-earners within the team. You will be assisting on post completion matters; Manage deeds - scheduling of incoming deeds sending out deeds and tracking their whereabouts; Proof reading contracts; Preparing lease consents for banks; Carrying out research as and when requested to by partners & associates and Preparation of standard form leases and letting packs for a portfolio of industrial properties managed by the Real Estate group.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need to have a good level of commercial property experience / have experience in a real estate department. You should have preferably gained a 2:1 law degree.
