Senior Private Client Solicitor/Head of Department

Our well regarded traditional law firm with a fantastic reputation across Hampshire based in Basingstoke are now seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor/Head of Department to work with a strong existing team based in Basingstoke.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting wills, powers of attorney and estate administration and will be a consistent fee earner, either in the capacity of a Senior Solicitor or Head of Department within a Private Client department.

The role will be managing a varied caseload to include the preparation of wills and powers of attorney, tax planning, estate administration and Court of Protection work. You will ideally be STEP Qualified and SFE membership would be beneficial but not essential.
