Solicitor / Junior Associate corporate

Our client is a leading global practice who work with clients of all sizes, from entrepreneurs to FTSE 100 and Fortune 200 companies. They are looking to strengthen their corporate team with a corporate transactional lawyer.

This role will see you work across a range of London quality work including M&A and private equity matters.

The team are Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and have been short-listed for Regional Legal Adviser of the Year at the Real Deals Private Equity Awards

Our client seeks a talented and enthusiastic lawyer with a profile and networking capability in the region, or those keen to develop these skills.
