Job Details
This is a great new role in Cardiff with an international firm. They are looking to recruit an Associate/Senior Associate into their highly successful team.
This team have six partners, four principals and five associates. They are really enthusiastic and outgoing, working very much like a family; even getting involved in all the wellbeing activities such as yoga alongside working deals.
Not only that but the work is fantastic and some of the best you will find in wales/the south west. The role will primarily involve transactional work in a range of areas covering M&A (both domestic and international), joint ventures and private equity. Candidates will demonstrate the ability to play a pivotal role in transactions with evidence of playing a leading role in small and medium sized deals.
These guys do not work people into the ground, they get the job done in the right way, and have flexibility when required.
Not only that but the partner who you will work with it open to background and joined as an associate and worked his way up to partner level.
You will have the ability to manage a significant workload and deal with the competing demands of clients which arise from involvement in a number of separate transactions at once. As a result it is likely you will have upwards of 5PQE. Although if you feel you can do this and have less PQE you are still encouraged to apply.
