Commercial Property Solicitor
An award-winning law firm is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Huddersfield office. Our client has a national reputation and a passion for making a difference to people's lives.
The firm are currently experiencing a period of growth and they are looking for a commercial property solicitor to join the busy team and contribute to the further growth and development of the firm.
This role involves working on a variety of commercial property matters including sale and purchase of freehold retail and industrial units, landlord and tenant work, site assembly, residential development and sale and purchase of small businesses.
A key part of this role is to assist with the development and the growth of the department by getting involved in regular marketing activities and events. There is also the requirement to provide support to the current team leader on matters as well as running some of your own smaller files.
Due to the work on offer and the team structure the firm have indicated that candidates between 1-3 years PQE will succeed in this role, however they are happy to receive applications from candidates that fall outside of this bracket but still possess the correct skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.
The firm is also happy to receive applications from solicitors with solid residential property experience with a desire to move into commercial property.
Candidates must have the ability to work well under pressure and have good decision-making skills.
The team deal with a broad range of clients so good written and verbal communication skills are a must with the ability to provide the highest standard of client care.
