Salary: £35K-£45K depending on experience

Our client is a forward thinking, innovative and friendly law firm based in Newbury, Thatcham and Maidenhead, which has grown substantially in recent years to a turnover of over £8m and a headcount in excess of 135.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit additional lawyers to join our established team. Ideally looking for commercial property lawyers that are NQ and 3-4 years PQE, the candidates will be based in our Newbury office.

With the support of a well-established team of colleagues from all levels, you will be responsible for your own case-load of commercial property cases, dealing with local esteemed clients in matters regarding all areas of commercial conveyancing

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate integrity, accountability, respect and commitment.

Enthusiasm for and proven record of business development is also important in the role, as it the ability to work with others at all levels of the firm.

This fantastic team are keen to develop a NQ lawyer, whilst also develop the expertise of another than has fee-earning history and strong commercial property background.

Salary is market leading, grows yearly based on personal development and bonus of 10% offered on fees earned following good performance.
