Join a top ranked Medical Negligence team lead by a highly regarded and recognised Partner dealing with complex and high value matters.

A national law firm with a sector leading Personal Injury team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced an committed Personal Injury Solicitor. Due to the continued business growth the team are seeking an experienced and developing solicitor to bolster the teams expertise which is lead by a very well respected partner based at the Southampton office.

The team of four fee earners deal with a broad range of medical negligence claims often with a high value and complex nature covering obstetric and neonatal neurological injury, cerebral palsy, neonatal hypoglycaemia, meningitis and Group B Strep through to delay in diagnosis of cancer, misdiagnosis and incorrect treatment of cancer, sepsis, amputations, brain and spinal injuries and surgical negligence leading to serious internal injuries and the list goes on. The team have dealt with some very significant cases in the past securing compensation for clients in excess of £10M.

As a qualified solicitor you will be a driven individual who is keen to develop their expertise further. Ideally you will have already accumulated some very good quality experience within a reputable team and may already be developing your own areas of specialism. You should be cable and competent in managing your own caseload though support and input is always at hand form senior experience. You should be commercially minded in developing new business and team focused willing to provide both input and support to junior members as well as support senior solicitors on some of the more complex and demanding cases.
