This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal at a Legal 500 firm in Newcastle.

  • Managing/running own caseload
  • Sales and purchases of residential properties
  • Land Registry work
  • Freehold and leasehold properties
  • Conducting searches
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfer of equity
  • Right to buy transactions
The Candidate
  • Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Excellent client care skills
  • IT proficiency including use of case management systems
  • Taking a proactive approach, you will demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
