This full service law practice has its roots set firmly in Somerset & Devon. They have been operating in this region for many years and have built a very loyal client base of private clients.

They are finding their private client work steadily increasing, mainly due to referrals and recommendations from other satisfied clients.

In response to this upturn in work, they are now keen to add an experienced solicitor or legal executive to the Private Client Team.

You will work in Honiton or any one of the firm's East Devon offices and ideally already have at least one or two years' experience as a qualified private client solicitor or legal executive.

This is a very friendly firm, and you will be encouraged to handle your own caseload of wills, LPAs and COP work, trusts, inheritance tax planning and administration of estates.

This firm also advises many agricultural clients and, therefore, candidates with exposure to agricultural matters should get in touch.

Relocators to Somerset/Devon are encouraged to apply, as are local private client solicitors or legal executives with relevant experience. You will be fully supported with your progression on a route to partnership and continued development including funded STEP training.

This vacancy can be offered on a full or part time basis.
